Pune, India, April 02, 2008 - ''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''Tata Consultancy Services, (TCS) (BSE: TCS.BO, NSE: TCS.NS), a leading IT services, business solutions and outsourcing organization, today announced the commencement of construction at its largest development centre, TCS Sahyadri Park located in Hinjewadi, Pune, Maharashtra.
TCS Sahyadri Park will be developed over 50 acres of land to create a capacity of 20,000 seats with the first phase expected to be completed by March 2009 with 7,000 seats. The entire facility is scheduled to be completed by end of 2010.
Tata Realty and Infrastructure Ltd. has been mandated to develop the facility, while Frank Glynn of El Segundo, California, has been appointed as the principal architect for designing the facility along with Edifice Architects from Pune as the local architects. Frank Glynn was also the architect for the TCS facility in Sholinganallur, Chennai.

Mumbai, India, April 02, 2008 - Era Infra Engineering Ltd has announced that the Company has secured an order valued at approximately Rs 4 crore from Jeet builders Pvt Ltd for supply of Ready Mix Concrete (RMC) for the construction of multi storied residential complex at Greater Noida.
Era Infra Engineering has also announced recently that it has secured a number of different orders around the country.
On March 31, Era Infra Engineering Ltd has announced that the Company has secured an order for supply of Ready Mix Concrete (RMC) for common wealth games village, New Delhi valued at approximately Rs 20 crore.
On March 28 Era Infra Engineering Ltd has announced that KMB-ERA JV of which Era Infra Engineering Ltd, (EIEL) is a partner, has secured a contract from DELHI METRO RAIL CORPORATION LTD. (DMRC) which involves design and construction of Dwarka, Sector- 21, Underground Station, approach cut & cover tunnel and connected works. The value of the contract is Rs 148.40 crore.

Pune, India, January 22, 2008 - Farmers in a village near Pune, Avasari Khurd, have been given an in-principle approval from the State Government to set up an SEZ. Farmers decided to take this step to unlock the value of nearly 3,500 acres of barren land said to be worth Rs. 900 crores.
Around 2,500 acres will be used for industrial development and around 1,000 acres for residential purposes. A detailed proposal is to be submitted to the State Government within a month.
Not only will this initiative create ownership of the SEZ by the farmers, but also bring 18,000 jobs to the area.
