2 Send the indicated property information to each of the selected property portals. Please note that you will need to be registered with the relevant portals and enter your relevant account details for each portal that you want your properties to appear on.

The Service shall be available to you for use from the moment we accept your registration. Registration on this site is free. You undertake that all information provided by you for the purposes of registering with us is accurate and complete. If you provide credit, debit or charge card details, you must ensure that you:

You must mention the nature and the status of the property including whether the property is free from any dispute. You must also provide a brief background of the property with respect to title, ownership and possession. When required and asked, you must be able to prove your claim(s) in connection with nature and status of the property with written documents as may be specified by it from time to time, such as ‘affidavit’, confirming the authenticity of the information/data so provided. We reserve the right to search and remove the property if the said property is found to have allegedly been submitted in violation to this contract. You must not be alleged to submit property/properties, for sale, rent or lease, or information both personal and impersonal. We also reserve the right to terminate your account and block your use of this site, if you repeatedly and/or intentionally violet this contracts. More over, you must allow the property and/or information to be displayed, accessed, downloaded, copied and searched for by other users. We exercise the right to decide how and where the property, or the part of it, should appear on this site and how the property should be accessed, downloaded and copied by other users. We extend our authority to editing and modification of the property listing, mainly content, for a good result benefiting you. Two more important terms and conditions:

(a) You warrant that the property and related information provided and so stored in our database are accurate, and you represent the accuracy of the information submitted to us.

(b) You must not post the property under a disguised name, and your name and address must be real and accurate. You must clearly mention whether you are an individual, agent or builder. We reserve the sole authority to remove the property or any part of it a notice to you. We do not take the responsibility to check and verify the accuracy of the information or data you provide us. You are duly responsible for retaining back-up copies of all information including photographs and other materials, and you must be able to resubmit then when needed.

If you are a buyer or renter, you are responsible to check and verify the accuracy and details of the property/properties as well as the right of the person posting property, his or her ownership, authenticity of the property/properties, title etc on your own risk.

We do not retain credit card data nor do we maintain location on this site where you can find payment details through internet. Best maintaining our services and ensuring you as maximum security as is humanly possible, we remove your credit card payment data as soon as your credit card payment accomplishes. We maintain our services as carefully as is humanly possible that any data/ information or online and offline payments are executed with no mistakes at all.

We are not responsible for any loss or damage arising from disclosure of information of whether user’s account, online credit/davit card payment and/or verification process, but disclosure of information takes place only when court demands us to do so legal process.
